Different techniques have been modified to allow for your growing bump & changing body, mind & soul. Pregnancy puts a lot of stress on your muscles, tendons & ligaments. There are a lot of different hormones coming into play as well as a shifting centre of gravity as time goes & your baby grows. Massage has been shown to help relieve some of these strains & pressures helping you enjoy this truly wonderful experience a little more & help with recovery after the birth. Each stage of pregnancy is treated differently as each phase has its own symptoms & issues. The use of pillows & supports is also important to allow you to relax completely. Usually given over 1 hour 15 minutes which allows for time to change positions comfortably.
